Fully Hosted Oscar

Our Fully Hosted Solutions are fully managed services designed for organisations wishing to minimize their up-front costs and on-site IT requirements. The Oscar database runs on our servers and users connect to the system via the internet. Online booking is provided via a dedicated Online Booking website that is also hosted on Savoy Systems Ltd's servers.

Oscar Professional (Hosted)

This solution gives the venue access to all of the features of the Oscar software whilst eliminating up-front software license fees. Instead of a license fee, the venue pays a monthly rental for the use of the Oscar software, which can be installed on existing PCs at the venue.


The Oscar software uses the internet to connect to the Oscar database running on Savoy Systems Ltd's servers, and allows users to both configure the system (using the Oscar Back Office module) and to sell tickets, retail items, membership and more (using the Oscar Point of Sale module). Reporting and marketing features are also available via Oscar Back Office.


In addition to counter and telephone sales, we provide the venue with a dedicated Online Booking website - customised to match the look and feel of the venue's main website - where customers can purchase tickets using a Credit or Debit Card. Online purchase and/or renewal of membership can also be configured and donations can be made online.


Optionally, Savoy Systems can supply ticket printers, cash drawers, and Credit Card devices to provide integrated Chip and PIN Card Processing.
