Venue-based Oscar

Our Venue-based Solutions are appropriate for venues that process high volumes of counter sales and who wish to minimize their ongoing costs. The Oscar database runs at the venue on hardware purchased (or already owned) by the Venue.


Online ticket sales are provided via a dedicated Booking Website provided by Savoy Systems but depending on which option is chosen, this Website is hosted either on a web server at the venue or on Savoy Systems Ltd's servers.

Oscar Enterprise

This solution involves payment of a one-off up-front license fee for the Oscar software including the Oscar Web Module (which is installed on a web server running at the venue). In this case the venue eliminates all per-ticket and per-transaction fees (other than Credit/Debit Card handling fees) for tickets purchased online. Optionally annual software support and maintenance can be purchased.


Oscar Professional (Licensed)

This solution involves a one-off up-front license fee for the Oscar software excluding the Oscar Web Module (which instead runs on Savoy Systems Ltd's servers). In this case the venue reduces the initial costs of installing the system but instead pays a per-ticket fee to Savoy Systems for tickets purchased online (in addition to Credit/Debit Card handling fees).


The database runs at the venue and all tickets, whether purchased online or at the venue, are allocated directly from the live seating plan. Optionally annual software support and maintenance can be purchased.
